Volunteer at Drake Hall
Hands That Preserve History
Hands-on help for a house and garden that are still being brought back to life.

Drake Hall is an active restoration — you can see it happening in real time, from newly planted rose gardens to yew hedges going in for privacy screening around the event lawn. Volunteers are part of how that work gets done, alongside the ongoing structural and interior restoration of the house itself.

How it works
Ways to help

Garden and grounds work: planting, weeding, seasonal upkeep of the English and rose gardens
-
Event support: greeting guests, set-up/breakdown for special events
-
Tours and visitor engagement: sharing the house's history with guests
